Depositing

There are many different methods of depositing here at Live Bingo including credit card, debit card and using vouchers such as UKash.

To make a deposit from the site;

  • click on the "Banking" link from the left hand menu
  • then click on the "Deposit" link
  • select your method of payment and click on the link
  • follow the instructions to make your deposit
  • if you have a withdrawal pending you will have to click here to cancel it before you can deposit

You can also click on the "Deposit" link from your menu box at the top of every page and then follow the above instructions.

 Withdrawals

You are able to make a withdrawal from your account once you have met the withdrawal requirements, see below, and have enough in your account to withdraw.

To make a withdrawal;

  • click on the "Banking" link from the left hand menu
  • then click on the "Withdrawal" link
  • the amount you can withdraw will be displayed
  • follow the instructions to make your withdrawal

Withdrawal Rules

  • Players must have made a deposit to be able to withdraw. 
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours of the request being made.
  • Withdrawal of winnings will be reimbursed to the appropriate account from which they came from within 3 business days of approval. Please note cheque processing can take up to 21 days.
  • A player may request a maximum of one (1) withdrawal per 48 hour period.
  • The minimum withdrawal request is GBP £30. ALL withdrawal requests below GBP £30 will be credited back to players account.
  • All funds in a player's Cash Balance may be withdrawn at any time and all Cash Balance funds are not required to meet any wagering requirements to be withdrawn.
  • Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on bingo game winnings is GBP £5000 (£1250 per week). Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on casino game winnings is GBP £1000 (£250 per week).
  • Bonuses will be surrendered when a player withdraws from their Cash Balance.
  • Funds in a player's Bonus Balance can not be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawal requests may be required to send proof of ID and proof of residential address. These details must match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details may result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent by email to support@livebingo.com.
  • Management reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings.
  • As per industry standards, withdrawals of £1000 or greater may be subjected to a longer processing period and paid as scheduled by management, with a maximum total monthly withdrawal limit of £5000.

Game Play Limits

You can set your own game play limits on your account to help you if you feel you may overspend on your bingo playing.

You can add Daily, Weekly or Monthly limits for your game play and can adjust them at any time.

Note: Your limits will not update until 8am the following limit period. They can not be changed by Live Help, so ensure you are happy with your limits.
