Promotions Terms

Prizes

  • Prizes, gifts, promotions and bonuses may be awarded to the 1 line, 2 lines or full house winners of pre-selected games and are subject to availability
  • The date, time and location of the pre selected games will be chosen by the bingo manager and displayed on the site and in emails
  • Eligible members will be specified at the end of the promotion details
  • Members will be informed in advance via the website, newsletter or other communication of the promotion
  • If there is more than one winner, the prize will either be shared between the winners or the promotion will roll over to subsequent games until there is one winner. This will be clearly stated where this promotion is advertised.
  • Prizes will be awarded at the discretion of the bingo manager
  • Winners agree to have their details including uploaded photo to be used in any promotional material
  • Winners may be announced by site update, newsletter or any other reasonable means
  • The decision of the bingo manager is final
  • Management hold the right not to award the prize


Chat Room Spot Prizes

  • Spot prizes, bonuses and promotions may be awarded as part of chat games or tournaments
  • Prizes are only available to depositing members
  • Prizes are only available to members who have been purchasing tickets for the session in which the chat games or tournament was played
  • Prizes will be awarded at the discretion of the bingo manager
  • The decision of the bingo manager is final and no discussion will be entered into regarding decisions made about the promotion


Jackpots

  • LiveBingo.com offers jackpots on selected games
  • The name and amount of each bingo jackpot is clearly displayed within the room
  • You must get a full house or defined winning combination to win a jackpot
  • The number of calls required is clearly displayed within the bingo room for each bingo jackpot. Other games jackpot information is shown on the game's "Game Info" shown next to each game on the side games page.
  • If a player wins the higher value jackpot, they will not be eligible to also claim lower value jackpot.
  • The amount of the jackpots will be displayed on the website.
  • While all efforts are made to ensure this information is accurate, the values displayed on the website may not be 100% accurate.
  • On rare occasions, it is possible that the jackpot will have been won in a previous game and not reset in time before the next jackpot is won.
  • All jackpot winnings will be paid into the players account as quickly as possible.
  • All winners of jackpot prizes agree by accepting the jackpot prize that they make themselves available for reasonable publicity, including use of photographs of the winner and the use of the winner's name.
  • Only players who have made a deposit into their account are eligible to win any bingo jackpot.
  • Players playing with free or promotional funds who have not made a deposit into their account are not eligible to claim. 
  • You are only eligible to win all jackpots if you have purchased a ticket.
  • In the case of more than one winner of a jackpot, the jackpot will be shared equally amongst the winning players
     

Bonus Money

  • You can withdraw from your Cash Balance at any time.
  • All promotional bonuses such as chat game winnings will be paid into your Bonus Balance
  • In all cases, the cash balance is used before bonus balance
  • All deposits you make will go into the cash balance whilst all cash match bonuses will go into your Bonus Balance
  • Bonus money can only be wagered on bingo games. It cannot be wagered on slots or any other side games, nor can it be withdrawn
  • Any bonus cash awarded must be wagered 3 (three) times for bingo and 10 (ten) times for mini games before the Bonus Balance is converted to the Cash Balance

  • Players must respect the CH and their authority at all times.
  • The CHs decision is final.
  • No harassment, arguing or disrespectful attitudes toward players or any CH will be tolerated.
  • Players should not harass, slander, abuse or threaten other players
  • CH's reserve the right to ban anyone from chat who continuously post negative comments about chat, the games, the site or other players.
  • If a CH feels that the content of chat in unsuitable they have the power to remove you from chatting

User Information: 

  • Players please choose your username wisely.
  • Please make sure names are appropriate and in good taste.
  • Do not give out your full name, address, telephone number or email address, or any other personal information
  • Please help us to maintain a friendly chat room by respecting others and welcoming new players
  • Don't use capital letters in Chat - it is seen as SHOUTING (unless asked to do so)
  • By using the chat room, you grant us license to use and display any comments without any duty to you as a player
  • Forbidden chat – promotion of any illegal activities such as hacking, any form of sex talk, stalking, gang activities, drug talk are deemed unacceptable and can result in the permanent closure of your account
  • No children - this site is for over 18s only

Bad Chat

  • No racial, ethnic or sexual slurs will be tollerated in Chat.
  • No impersonating of any other player is permitted.
  • Do not endorse, solicit or promote any other sites in Chat.
  • No indecent or foul language

 

Chat Game Prizes

  • Chat Games wins are awarded with bonus cash
  • All chat game wins will be paid at the end of each chat game hour
  • To be eligible for chat game bonuses, members must:
  • Give the CH on duty a thank you (ty) at the end of each chat game hour for wins to be awarded
  • Have a bingo ticket in play for the period of the chat game
  • Be actively chatting in the room
  • Have made a recent deposit (within 14 days of playing the chat game)
  • The Chat Host's decision is final and may withhold Chat Room Bonuses in accordance with these terms at their discretion
