Chat Managers are very special to any online gaming or Bingo site. They usually work in shifts from home on the site and basically act as a customer service for players should they need help in the bingo rooms.

You can usually identify if a chat host is in the room because their name will be in the chat list or you will find that the write in Capital Letters and will be listed as CM or CH something. Chat Managers are there to make sure that chat runs smoothly and that nobody causes any trouble and uses bad language. All they want the players to do is have fun and enjoy themselves. If a chat manager finds that somebody is miss-behaving, they will be banned from chat and sometimes, from the site itself. But, on a nicer note, Chat Managers are very friendly and great to chat to.

They host many chat games in bingo rooms and will announce the game, rules and how to play before it starts. If you are still not sure how to play, the chat manager will be happy to assist. If you win a chat game, the chat manger will be responsible for awarding BP’s to each player. Chat managers must have a lot of fun working online because the conversations sometimes started by other players are very funny. Chat Managers will usually greet you as soon as you enter a bingo room by saying ;welcome and good luck’ which immediately makes you feel like you are welcome there.
